Success with a good night’s sleep
Around 200 participants discussed with experts such as Prof Dr Christian Baumann and Olympic triathlon champion Nicola Spirig the central role of sleep for top performance, health and success – in business and sport. Studies and personal insights have shown that good sleep improves concentration and decision-making, while reducing the risk of illness. In addition, studies and an ad hoc survey of the audience quickly revealed tthat today's top performers consciously make sure that they get enough sleep in what is a radical rethink in management. The participants concluded the inspiring evening by networking over drinks.
