Novu Campus opens the workplace of the future

The Circle has added a forward-looking space to its portfolio in the form of the Novu Campus. The address – one of the largest Circle tenants – has been providing flexible new work office space across its 4,000+ m² premises since the end of June 2025, establishing a foundation for inspiring co-working opportunities and a vibrant community.

The campus’s services are complemented by a Templeshape boutique sports studio, a barista-style coffee bar, and versatile meeting and event spaces for up to 240 people – for all companies in The Circle, at Zurich Airport and beyond.

The Novu Campus was designed with the circular economy in mind, setting new standards for sustainable working, an aesthetic interior concept and a community spirit. Meeting zones, carefully selected tenants and a diverse community programme in collaboration with Swisspreneur promote the exchange of ideas and innovation – cementing the Novu Campus’s status as a place where people and ideas come together.
