Since early July, the traditional Lucerne-based Confiserie Bachmann has been delighting guests at The Circle with freshly baked goods, exquisite cakes, and innovative XXL chocolate – crafted daily with passion in its own bakery.

The new flagship location, featuring an integrated bakery, confiserie, and chocolaterie, entices visitors with oven-fresh paninis, breads, salads, a wide variety of custom cakes, homemade ice cream, creative lunch menus, and beloved specialties such as the legendary Schutzengeli. Highlights include “The XXL – Fresh Chocolate” with hand-broken slabs, as well as the very first Bachmann Chocolate Outlet.

All products are freshly prepared each day, many directly on site – using regional ingredients and fair-trade cocoa. With this commitment, Bachmann creates true moments of indulgence for employees, travelers, and all who value quality and craftsmanship.
