No appeal has been brought forward within 30 days after the building permit of the real estate project “The Circle” of Flughafen Zürich AG has been granted. The legally binding building permit marks yet another milestone towards realising the planned service destination.

Zurich Airport (Flughafen Zürich AG) is proud to announce that an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation has signed management agreements for two hotels for “The Circle” at Zurich Airport. This is an important first step toward the realization of the planned services complex.

On 21 October 2011 a further milestone was achieved with planning application being submitted to the Kloten town authorities. The dimensions of the planned buildings at the foot of the Butzenbüel hill can be seen from the outline profiles that are currently being erected.

Unique (Flughafen Zürich AG) is launching the development of a new major project at Zurich Airport. A high-quality building development for services with a utilisable area of around 200,000m2 is planned within walking distance of the terminal. It is called "The Circle at Zurich Airport".
